Catering Policies

At Big Bo’s SmokeHouse Grill, we are committed to making your event seamless, delicious, and stress-free. Below is an overview of our catering policies. Full details are provided in your official catering agreement.


1. Booking & Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

  • Your date is not secured until the deposit is received.


2. Guest Count

  • Final guest count is due 30 days prior to your event.

  • Billing is based on the confirmed guest count.

  • Changes after this date may incur additional fees.


3. Payment

  • Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

  • We accept Card, Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo.


4. Buffet Service & Staffing

  • Buffet service includes up to 2 hours.

  • Catering team responsibilities: setup, maintaining presentation, keeping food warm, replenishing dishes, and ensuring cleanliness.

  • Guests are not responsible for restocking; our staff handles all food service.

  • Additional service time or staff may be requested for large events or extended service for a fee of $175 per hour.


5. Optional Server & Buffet Attendant Packages

To enhance your event experience, optional staffing is available:

Buffet Attendant

  • Monitors food stations, replenishes dishes, and maintains presentation.

  • Recommended for events with 100+ guests.

Servers / Roving Staff

  • Assist guests with plates, beverages, and clearing tables.

  • Ideal for formal events or weddings, especially with 150+ guests.

Pricing:

  • $25–$35 per hour per staff member

  • Minimum service: 2–3 hours

Included vs Optional:

  • Included: Buffet setup, basic maintenance, and replenishment for scheduled service time.

  • Optional: Additional attendants or servers beyond standard coverage for larger events or extended hours.


6. Travel & Delivery

  • Travel fees may apply depending on your location.

  • All deliveries are coordinated to ensure your food arrives fresh and on time.


7. Cancellations & Changes

  • All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, and final payments may be adjusted based on the notice period.


8. Tastings

  • Tastings are available for select menu items.

  • Tastings can be paired with beverages at your request.
